Disney Y.E.S.

What is Disney Youth Education Series (Y.E.S.)?  Educational programs taught by Disney Professionals at various Walt Disney World® Resort locations. Programs take place in and behind the scenes of all Disney Theme Parks and the Downtown Disney® Area. Groups may participate in one or more programs. One program is included in the starter package fee. Programs available in Spanish upon request.

Who can participate?  Any student group of 10 or more, interested in broadening their learning experiences can participate. Students K-12 from schools (including home schools), religious organizations academic clubs, social groups, leadership programs, scout groups, and child care facilities can learn and enjoy Disney Y.E.S. programs.

When are programs available?  Programs are taught daily throughout the year, based on availability. They are scheduled in the morning and afternoon and are approximately three (3) hours in length. Dates not available include but are not limited to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and July 4th.  Other blackout dates may not apply.

Are there age and grade level requirements?  Yes. Check the Disney Y.E.S. Program Request Form for details. Note that some age and grade level requirements are strictly enforced. No child under 11 years is permitted backstage at Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. If any group member's age is under the specified age or grade level required for the program, arrangements must be made at the time of booking. Height restrictions may apply on some attractions included in programs.

Can Chaperones attend programs?  Yes. However, programs have a maximum 1-to-5 adult-to-student ratio. Additional adults may not attend the program since capacity is limited. The additional program fee will be charged to the Travel Planner's/Agents account if this policy is violated.

Is Theme Park admission required?*  Yes. Each program requires using one day of Theme Park admission in the Park the program takes place. Once the program is completed, the group is able to enjoy the rest of the day in that Theme Park.

*Program attendance is mandatory for use and purchase of YES ticket packages.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR DISNEY Y.E.S.
1) The group selects the appropriate Disney Y.E.S. program(s).
2) The Travel Planner/Agent completes and submits the Program Request Form which indicates the specific program(s), dates and times the group is requesting. Requests are accepted 12 months to 6 weeks in advance of group arrival.
3) Disney Youth Group Programs responds with confirmation or alternative program options.
4) The Travel Planner/Agent completes and submits via on-line, fax or mail the Ticket Order Form along with final payment.
5) If picking up tickets, final payment is due at pick-up.

  • One Disney Y.E.S. 3-hour program
  • Disney Y.E.S. Participation Pin (for students, teachers and only one chaperone for every ten students)
  • One admission per day to any one Walt Disney World® Theme Park (Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios TM, or Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park) for three, four, or five days, one Theme Park per day

Disney Y.E.S. Park Hopper® Tickets include:

  • One Disney Y.E.S. 3-hour program
  • Disney Y.E.S. Participation Pin (for students, teachers and only one chaperone for every ten students)
  • Admission to any of the four Disney Theme Parks (Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios TM, and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park) for three, four, or five days
  • Plus, Disney Y.E.S. Park Hopper® Tickets also allow visits to multiple Theme Parks on the same day, as many times as you like

Disney Y.E.S. Premium Ticketsoffer the ultimate in flexibility, and include:

  • One Disney Y.E.S. 3-hour program or self-guided lesson of your choice
  • Disney Y.E.S. Participation Pin (for students, teachers and only one chaperone for every ten students)
  • This package offers your choice of a three, four, or five day admission to all four Disney Theme Parks and includes the Park Hopper privileges with additional visits to: Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, and/or DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park. Note: Pricing is valid for Domestic, Canada, & Puerto Rico. A minimum of 10 students are required. The number of chaperones and guests is not to exceed the number of students.
