What is Disney Magic Music Days at the Disneyland® Resort?  It's a magical performance in a magical place. Student performance groups like bands, orchestras, vocal groups and dance/drill ensembles (minimum of 15 performers) can showcase their best in a 30 minute stage performance at the Disneyland® Resort. Marching bands (minimum of 50 performers with at least 40 musicians) can perform along the world-famous Disneyland® Park parade, or the Performance Corridor at Disney's California Adventure® Park.

Are there educational opportunities?  Yes. Our premium Workshops opens up the world of the Disneyland® entertainer for students in these innovative hands-on sessions. Our premium Workshops have been endorsed by MENC: The National Association of Music Education, for meeting specific content standards as established in the National Standards for Arts Education.

How do Groups sign up for Disney Magic Music Days?
1) Please visit www.disneylandmagicmusicdays.com to download your application and audition guidelines.

2) The group director must complete and sign one application for each group he or she intends to bring. The group must also send a recent audition videotape or DVD and color photograph of the group in their performance costumes with the application. The application will not be processed without the audition materials. All materials should be sent to Disney Magic Music Days at least 3 months prior to the group's arrival date.

3) The group will be notified of their acceptance status in writing within 14 days of Disney's receipt of all audition materials. Groups are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

4) Groups accepted receive a complete event confirmation kit containing all necessary information for their event(s). Travel planners receive a copy of the proposed itinerary and package ordering information. Disney Magic Music Days events can be scheduled anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Contact Disney Magic Music Days as soon as possible if there are any conflicts with the group's travel or other non-Disney itinerary.

5) After sending the necessary confirmation paperwork, the group director should contact Disney Magic Music Days three weeks prior to the group's arrival to discuss specific details regarding the group's event(s) at the Disneyland® Resort. Travel Planners/Agents will be sent a summary of the group's confirmed Disney Magic Music Days itinerary via fax after the group director has called. Please contact Disney Magic Music Days as soon as possible if there are any conflicts with the group's travel or other non-Disney itinerary.

Additional Information
Please encourage groups to apply seven to nine months prior to proposed trip dates if they are traveling during heavy booking periods (i.e. spring break, school holidays).

- The application kit contains all information regarding ticket packages and add-on options. Please encourage your directors to visit www.disneylandmagicmusicdays.com for complete information on performance locations, workshops, and clinician bios and audition requirements. This will answer questions and expedite the audition process.

- If you have directors visiting the Disneyland® Resort prior to their performance trip, Disney Magic Music Days welcomes the opportunity to meet with these directors and to set-up site inspections of scheduled performance venues. Please call (800) 854-8671 to schedule.

- Disney Magic Music Days activities are subject to availability due to the complex entertainment schedule at the Resort. Events and activities may be scheduled by the Disneyland® Resort any time during Park operating hours.

- One chaperone for every 10 participants will be given a complimentary Disney Magic Music Days ticket. Other Guests are eligible to purchase Disneyland® Resort Theme Park tickets at special group rates. 

- Performers must be at least five years old. Disney Magic Music Days packages must be purchased for participation in all programs.
