Disney Grad Nite

We are pleased to announce that the 2009 Disney Grad Nite will take place at Disney's Hollywood StudiosTM. The Class of 2009 will be the first to experience this all-new event.

Disney's Hollywood StudiosTM is the perfect venue for this event created for graduating seniors. The theme park is great for live performances and features some the most popular rides for teens.

The event team is creating a one-of-a-kind celebration for high school seniors where the grads will create magical memories for the first time at Disney's Hollywood StudiosTM.

What is Disney Grad Nite? Disney Grad Nite is a late night, private event at the Disney's Hollywood StudiosTM exclusively for graduating High School Seniors. Entertainment includes live concert perfomances by chart-topping artists, Top 40 Dance Party, special fireworks, and access to favorite Disney attractions all night long. Grads can experience the wildest adventures, plus dance and sing to the latest hits as both live bands and DJs take the stages at special locations throughout the Park.

When is Disney Grad Nite?
April 17, 18 and April 24, 25, 2009
Time: 8:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.

Are Chaperones required? All groups must have at least one adult (age 21 or older) chaperone. One chaperone ticket is provided for every 10 student tickets purchased Chaperones have access to all event activities, receive a private breakfast, get private screenings of popular movies during the event, and gain access to a special Chaperone Lounge.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR DISNEY GRAD NITE
1) The school determines which night they want to attend.
2) The Reservation Request Form is completed and submitted to the Disney Grad Nite office.
3) The Disney Grad Nite office sends event confirmation, ticket order form and chaperone details.
4) The Travel Planner/Agent arranges transportation to the Walt Disney World® Resort and all Disney Grad Nite events.
5) The Ticket Order Form is submitted to Disney Grad Nite Office, with final payment by deadline.
6) Event tickets are sent via Courier Service prior to arrival.

Admission to Disney Grad Nite, 8 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Admission to any of the four Disney Theme Parks (Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios TM, and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park) for two, three, four, or five days
Plus, Disney Grad Nite Park Hopper® Tickets also allow visits to multiple Theme Parks on the same day, as many times as you like

Admission to Disney Grad Nite, 8 p.m. - 2 a.m.
This package offers your choice of a two, three, or four, day admission to all four Disney Theme Parks and includes the Park Hopper privileges with additional visits to: Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, and/or DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park. The "World" is yours!

Note: A minimum of 10 students is required. The number of chaperones and guests is not to exceed the number of students.

QUICK FACTS
Chaperones - All groups must have at least one adult (age 21 or older) chaperone. One (1) chaperone
ticket is provided for every ten student tickets purchased. If groups have more than this 1:10 ratio, they are required to purchase additional tickets at the student price in order to gain admission for additional adults. Chaperones have access to all event activities and access to private chaperone areas.

Dress and Behavior Code - Applies to all students and chaperones. Appropriate dress is required. No vulgarity nor indecent exposure will be tolerated.

Security Check - Upon entering all Disney Grad Nite events, each student and chaperone will pass through a brief, non-invasive security screening for dress code compliance, illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco products, and weapons. Any illegal items found will be confiscated.

Group Arrival - All Disney Grad Nite participants must arrive in a bus or chaperone-driven vehicle. Parking and entry directions will be sent to participating groups in the spring, just prior to the event.
