Disney Youth Group Travel Planner Reference Guide

Accommodations

Imagine your group looking out the window and staring at a four-story bucket of popcorn, or the world's biggest football helmet. Think of them running around barefoot on the shores of a sandy Caribbean beach. See them sliding down a mardi gras dragon's mouth or dropping lines in a well-stocked fishing hole. It's no daydream. It's the Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels, each themed with magical Disney touches, and each as unique as a youth group's imagination.

Youth Group Accommodations Bookings

Special room rates are available for groups booking 10 or more rooms at Disney's All-Star® Resorts, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Port Orleans Resorts.

How are Walt Disney World® Resort rooms booked for youth groups?

1) Travel Planner/Agent gathers group's rooms booking information. Need to know resort being requested, total number of rooms, total room nights, check-in & check out dates, the group name and organization address and the group leader's name.

4) To confirm a room block, contract will be initiated by the Sales Manager.

5) Travel Planner/Agent signs the contract and returns it with a deposit within 21 days of contract initiation (or full payment depending on lead time of the accommodation request).

6) Full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in.

7) A complete rooming list is required 45 days prior to check-in.

Disney Difference

Now there are even more great reasons to stay in a Disney Resort. Disney's Magical Express lets youth groups check their bags at their hometown airport, bypass baggage claim at Orlando International Airport, and board state-of-the art motor coaches to the Walt Disney World® Resort - as their bags "magically" appear in the group leader's room upon check in! The round-trip airport shuttle service is designed to give Disney Resort Guests the stress-free trip of their dreams.

Plus, Disney Resort Guests can also enjoy exclusive Disney Theme Park time each day of their stay with Extra Magic Hours. Each evening, in a select Park, Extra Magic Hours begin immediately after regular Park close, and last for up to three hours. Youth groups wishing to enjoy Evening Extra Magic Hours should obtain a wristband at select locations in the Theme Park that is open by presenting a valid Resort I.D. no sooner than two hours before the benefit begins, or at the Main Entrance during the event. Morning Extra Magic Hour occurs one hour prior to regularly scheduled Park opening, and Guests will need to present a valid Key to the World Card at the Park's turnstiles. To enjoy the Extra Magic Hour benefit, Disney Resort Guests without the Park Hopper® Option can only visit the Park offering the Extra Magic Hour benefit that day or night.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

Your clients can relax as lush gardens, warm breezes and sunny skies beckon. Five brightly colored "island villages"-each named after a Caribbean destination-capture the alluring ambiance of the tropics. This island playground features seven pools and pristine white-sand beaches on the shores of a 45-acre lake.

Disney's All-Star® Resorts

Here's the perfect place for youth groups who need to make their trip dollars last and last-Disney's All-Star Sports, Music and Movies Resorts!  And guess what?  They'll really feel like kids when they stand next to the larger-than-life icons of each Resort. Talk about your perfect photo op! Specially-themed accommodations, swimming pools and dining experiences add to the whimsical atmosphere.
